Processing Time

 

Please allow 10–20 business days for your order to be carefully handcrafted, inspected, and prepared for shipment.

Because each piece is made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on demand and production schedule.

 

Shipping Time

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Average shipping times:

 

• Canada & U.S.: 5-15 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs, and postal delays.

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Eclipse® is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or stolen due to postal or courier issues. Once the order leaves our facility, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.
